The purpose of our participation in the CASmonarch project is to identify milkweed and the plethora of insects that are found on it. Our goal is to inform people of the importance of milkweed and find a way to preserve the plant thus maintaining the insects’ home too.

How can you help?
Anyone can contribute simply by taking a closer look at the milkweed around them and adding to our epicollect logs (you can gain access to our epicollect logs by downloading the “epicollect beta+ app on your Android or iOS device and searching for the "CASmonarch" project within the app.). All observations are welcomed as they help us get a better understanding of the symbiotic relationships between insects and milkweed.
